Artist Statement:
Jason found renewed inspiration during Covid lockdowns revisiting an album of songs he produced in 2012.

These tracks, were too good to be left to unheard, Jason remixed & mastered them, releasing them as singles over 2023 & 24.

Lyrically these songs address themes of hopelessness, mental health, family violence, loss/grief, and the prevalence of misinformation in modern society.

This is one of the reasons Bawdens songs resonates in today's socially & politically charged settings, offering listeners something with depth & meaning.

Musical Style:
Jason displays a broad range from Folk/Acoustic - Blues - Rock to Nu Metal & Heavier tones depending on the song.

This range allows for Jason to pay homage to influences whilst remaining creative. It's a balanced combination of new & familiar, offering listeners a little of both.

In broad terms, he is a rock artist that diversifies as determined by the songs themselves.
